HAHA!!  I was messing around PS.com and found it...

Go to playstation.com, log into your account, on top right corner after you sign in, go to My Profile, then click on the Portable ID tab.  I think it lets you choose a couple settings then gives you the HTML text to use for your sig.  So I just copied the .pgn link and used that, i also encoded it so that you can click on my sig and view my psn profile.... pretty cool, huh?  Sorry for not sharing my find, i'm usually in a daze when i'm messing around in the computer after gaming... haha!
